This south west facing apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard, offering a king size and a twin bedroom with air conditioning in both bedrooms and also in the lounge area. It offers a family bathroom equipped with walk-in shower, WC and sink. There is a high speed fiber optic Wifi connection and the TV offers plenty of British and international channels such as Sky. This property has been modernized to a high standard using only quality materials and this is evident as soon as you enter. From the comfortable quality sofa, to the contemporary furnishings, you will know you have booked one of most comfortable apartments in the marina. The property has a lovely south west facing balcony with extra outdoor seating and views over one of the swimming pools, sea and gardens. There are two large swimming pools available in the urbanisation, one is set amongst landscaped gardens with a grassy area while the other is terraced around the pool. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free.
This apartment is located in the very popular Puerto Paraiso urbanisation in Estepona marina. Everything is within a very short walk, so car hire is really not necessary and we can organise a transfer for you from the airport. The old town of Estepona with its quaint streets and traditionally Spanish feel, is about a 12 minute walk along the beach or "paseo maritimo".
Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages: Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
