This is a very modern and beautifully presented apartment in Estepona marina, offering one double and one twin bedroom with two en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning in the bedrooms (heating in the lounge via radiators). There is also high-speed fibre optic internet access. This apartment has been modernized to a very high standard using only quality materials and this is evident as soon as you enter. From the comfortable leather sofa, to the contemporary furnishings, you will know you have booked one of most comfortable apartments in the marina. The apartment has sliding glass windows to bring the outside in and this affords views over the swimming pool and sea views through the palm trees. These sliding windows open to provide ventilation, but it is not like having an open terrace.

Location

This apartment is located in the very popular Puerto Paraiso urbanization in the marina of Estepona. Everything is within a very short walk, so car hire is really not necessary and we can organize a transfer for you from the airport. The old town of Estepona with its quaint streets and traditionally Spanish feel, is about a 12 minute walk along the beach or "paseo maritimo".
Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card. The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. A A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.

Refundable security deposit required: €300
