This spacious and comfortable one bedroom apartment is located in the popular Puerto Paraiso apartment complex, right in the heart of the marina of Estepona. It offers an air conditioned double bedroom, lounge area and two terraces offering spectaular views over the harbour towards the Mediteranean Sea. The apartment has high speed Wifi internet access and offers television with international channels. The kitchen is well equipped and is located right next to the dining area in the lounge, which has seating for four people. Within the lounge are two comfortable sofas for four. The apartment is just a couple of minutes' walk to two supermarkets, plenty of bars, restaurants and cafes. Two blue-flag beaches (Playa del Cristo and Playa la Rada) are just a few minutes stroll. Within the apartment complex, you'll find two swimming pools for your use. Car parking with this apartment is on a first come, first served basis and cannot be guaranteed. A car is not necessary with this property. Please note that we cannot accept children or pets in this apartment.
This apartment is located right in the heart of Estepona marina, with its bars, restauants, cafes and supermarkets. The property is about two minutes´ walk from everything you could need for your holiday in Estepona. Two beaches - Playa la Rada and Playa la Cristo - are just a four or five minute walk away, both beaches having chiringuitos or beachbars, serving drinks and food. The Sunday market offering crafts and nic-naks is hoasted in the marina, and the big Wednesday market is only a 10 minutes walk. To reach the old town of Estepona, with its pretty flower lined street, is about a 15 minute walk along the Paseo Maritimo (or promenade). Head to Plaza de la Flores and experience a lovely traditional Spanish square with its cafes and ice cream parlour. The Terazza is the shopping street and along Calle Real you'll find plenty of traditional Spanish eateries. The apartment is also in easy reach of Seville, Granada or Gibraltar, if you wanted to do some sight seeing in the larger places.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
