This spacious two bedroom apartment offers an en-suite master bedroom with a king size bed and shower room. The second bedroom is a twin room with a family bathroom. Access to the balcony, with its harbour and sea views, is from the lounge and also from the master bedroom. The apartment is fully air conditioned and offers high-speed fibre optic internet access. It has double glazing windows throughout the property. The air conditioned lounge area has two comfortable sofas and the dining area is next to the kitchen, with space for four guests. The television offers international television channels such as Sky and also recent films and series. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and plenty of kitchenware. Walking out from the lounge to the dining terrace, with its four chairs and large table, you have wonderful views through the yacht masts to the Mediterranean sea. The apartment has two recently reformed shower rooms with rain shower heads. Parking is within the urbanisation and is on a first come, first served basis. Do note that this apartment does not have a lift and we do not believe it is suitable for children in pushchairs, due to the steps.
This apartment is located in the centre of Estepona marina overlooking the sea and within a few minutes’ walk to many supermarkets, bars and lovely restaurants. The property is located on the ground floor of the block, however, from the marina side it is on an elevated level two floors up which facilitates great port views. There is the bull ring which you can visit for free during opening times in the week end. The bull ring now plays host to various museums and the flea market every Sunday morning. There is a larger mainly craft market also on a Sunday in the marina itself. There are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. Renaldo’s is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. There is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. A pleasurable 20 minute walk along the sea front takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look. Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes’ drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
