This modern air conditioned apartment offers two bedrooms and one bathroom - the master bedroom has a king size bed and the twin bedroom has two double beds - the family bathroom with a shower cabin and a separate cloakroom. In the bright and open-plan living area you have a large flat screen TV offering international channels including Sky, a high speed fiber optic internet connection, a comfortable sofa and a dining area for up to four guests. The kitchen is compact and offers a dishwasher, oven, large fridge freezer and four ring induction hob. Plenty of crockery is also available. The property has been finished to a very high standard and offers independent air conditioning units in each living area. Do note that the balcony is glazed-in but the windows do open and you can take in the sea and harbour views. This makes it secure for families worried about the apartment being on the fifth floor. The location of this apartment makes it very close to two beaches - La Rada, del Cristo and also supermarkets and restaurants. There is also a communal parking area which operates on a first come, first served basis. It is possible to sleep six guests in this apartment. Please check with us for the additional cost.
This fifth floor apartment is located in the Puerto Paraiso apartment buildings right in the heart of Estepona marina. Everything here is on your doorstep, so there is no need for a car. There are two supermarkets within a four minute walk - OpenCor - open from 7am until 2am and a Carrefour express - open 9am - 9pm Mon - Sat, two first-class beaches - Playa del Cristo and Playa la Rada - both of which have Chiringuito beach bars that serve food and drinks and also hire sun loungers and parasols. Within the marina you have numerous bars, cafes and restaurants serving traditional and international cuisine. Just a short walk along the promenade, you have the pretty old town of Estepona with its cobled, flower linen streets and traditional Spanish town charm. Head for Plaza de las Flores and enjoy the cafes and people watching. Just off the Terraza you'll find the orchid house. Estepona is in easy reach of some great places for day trips. Seville is about three hours drive, Granada about three and a half hours, Gibraltar about 40 minutes. Also drive in-land to see the pretty white-washed villages.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
