Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with breathtaking sea views. It is located within the Veramar apartment complex on the sea front, with direct access to Playa del Cristo from the pool area. This urbanisation is always maintained to a high standard throughout and has a good feel to it for holiday makers. The apartment is west facing and the large terrace provides a great view of the beach and sea. The lounge is a good size and has two comfortable sofas facing the TV and the terrace. To the side there is a further area leading towards a dining area for up to four guests. On the terrace there are amazing sea views with comfort relaxer chairs, sofa and coffee table. The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons and provides a nice dining area for four guests. There are two bathrooms available, one with shower and the other one with bath and overhead shower. The master bedroom is comfortable and provides a king size bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The communal swimming pool is located next to the sea and there is private access down to the sandy beaches from here. Parking for one car is provided at the front of the building and is accessed by an entrance code that you will receive from us after booking the property. This apartment offers high standard accommodation next to the beach within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The Veramar complex, where the apartment is located, is an urbanization built adjacent to Playa del Cristo, one of the most beautiful and popular in Estepona. It is located just west of the Puerto Deportivo de Estepona. It is ideally located with easy access from the A7 motorway. Estepona Marina is around a ten-minute walk away, and is full of restaurants, bars, and pubs. There are two supermarkets near the apartments, Super Sol and SuperCor, approximately a 10-minute walk away. Every Sunday, the trail takes place in the port, ideal for taking a walk or buying a souvenir. The old town of Estepona is about a 20-minute walk away and still guards the air of the typical Andalusian town, here you will find a wide range of bars and restaurants serving typical food and tapas. Estepona is the perfect place for those looking for a relaxing holiday with beautiful beaches and close to tourist areas such as Marbella, Ronda or Gibraltar.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
