This modern air-conditioned apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms offers very comfortable accommodation for six people. It is located in Arroyo Vaquero urbanisation, just 10 minutes driving from Estepona marina, with its restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. The beach is within a walking distance from this lovely property. This apartment comprises of two double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and access to the terrace and the second with a double bed. The third bedroom is a twin with two single beds. There are two spacious bathrooms (one is en-suite) in the apartment with bath, shower and bidet. The modern styled lounge has comfortable sofa and seating for six guests along with an off-lounge dining table for six. The bright and spacious living room offers a flat screen television with high speed internet access and an international television package in several languages. From the lounge you will have access to the large terrace with views through the sea. The south-west facing terrace offers a comfortable outside dining area with a gas powered BBQ as well as two sun loungers available for clients, the large terrace gets the sun most of the day! The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer) and plenty of plates, cutlery, etc. All in all, a very comfortable apartment near to everything that you could require for your holidays! *NOTE* The urbanisation is currently building a communal swimming pool which should be ready by April 2019, maybe before.

Location

This beautiful and large apartment is located just outside the Estepona in the up and coming established urbanisation of Arroyo Vaquero. This urbanisation has been growing in recent years due to its location being by the sea and so close to Estepona town and the urbanisation benefits from being very well kept. The villas and apartaments here are all in different styles and this adds to the feel. Just at the entrance to the urbanisation, you will find the new five-star Fuerte Suites apart-hotel and to the rear of this, the entrance to the beach. I would imagine you could walk to the beach within two minutes from the apartment. The beach is made up of soft sand with the occasional large stone. From here you could walk into the town along the beach which could take about 40 minutes. Quietly discrete (and screened!) to the right of the hotel there is also a small nudist beach should this be your thing!

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card. The balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
