This bright and spacious, three bedroom ground floor apartment, is just a few minutes' drive to Estepona town to the east and Sabinillas to the west. It is a perfect property for families or couples wanting to spend their holiday near to the beach and close to the facilities of Estepona or Duquesa marinas. The urbanisation provides a community swimming pool and a separate children pool. Just outside the apartment, you’ll find communal sun loungers for your use which are surrounded by lovely mature gardens. The apartment offers a large lounge/dining area with open kitchen and direct access on to a good-size south facing patio where there is a dining area for up to six guests. All bedrooms and the lounge area share a centralised air conditioning system for cooling during the summer and for heating in the winter. The en-suite master bedroom offers a super king size bed, plenty of storage space and access to the patio. The second and third bedrooms are twins and they both share a family bathroom. The large lounge area provides plenty of seating with a dining area for up to six guests and offers a high speed Wifi connection plus an international streaming television package with many popular UK channels such as Sky. The well equipped and recently renovated open-plan kitchen offers a fridge freezer, four-ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and filter coffee machine, which is located next to the lounge area. The urbanisation of “Bermuda beach” has the sea only a short walk from the apartment passing through the pretty gardens and pool. Overall, this is a spacious property in a great location, especially for exploring all that Andalucia has to offer.
The landscaped gardens of the urbanisation are well maintained and are a joy to walk through to gain access to the quiet beaches of this seafront development called Bermuda Beach. Located on the western outskirts of Estepona, on the road to Algeciras/Gibraltar, making it easy to get into town and marina with all the facilities and amenities they provide. Just a 30 minute walk to two supermarkets (ALDI/Mercadona and Super Sol) and located 6 Km west of Estepona town centre. Estepona port is also a seven minute drive along the beach passing through the famous Playa del Cristo beach with its two large beach bars, ideal for families and friends. Estepona is a good central point for those looking to base themselves somewhere with nice beaches with plenty of things to do whilst being able to go exploring more of the coast such as Puerto Banus, Marbella old town, Gibraltar and Morocco.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
