A fantastic beachside townhouse for large families. This beautiful property has been fully renovated and decorated in a modern style, very warm and comfortable with a total of four bedrooms on four levels with a maximum capacity for eight guests. The property offers a fully equipped modern kitchen with all the appliances needed for a family holiday and a dining area with space for four guests plus a small terrace facing the street for laundry use. The spacious and bright lounge located on the ground floor has been tastefully decorated and offers plenty of comfortable seating for eight guests and a large Flat-screen TV plenty of international channels (including Sky TV). There is an additional dining area for six guests on a side of the lounge. The bright living room opens onto a spacious terrace with extra seating outside for five guests and a well-maintained private garden area with two sun loungers, a fantastic outdoor space to enjoy the sun. On the first floor we have three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, hand basin and bidet. The master bedroom is also equipped with spacious built-in wardrobes and has a balcony with beautiful views over the gardens and sea. The second and third bedrooms also located on the same level are equipped with double beds and fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom for the second and third bedroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. On the second (top) floor we found the last bedroom with king size bed, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, hand basin and bidet. From the fourth bedroom we walk onto the sunny roof terrace with two sun loungers and beautiful views to the gardens and the sea. The basement has a spacious games room with an additional cloakroom with toilet and hand basin. From the basement there is access to the underground private garage with space for two cars. Additional parking is possible on street. There is a second cloakroom next to the property entrance with toilet and hand basin. This property has a high-speed fibre optic WiFi connection throughout the house and is included in the price. The property is fully air conditioned and it’s located only 50 metres away from the closest beach located at the end of the street. All in all, a fantastic family townhouse with everything you need for a memorable family holiday.
The house is located in a quiet seafront urbanisation in Playa Lobon on the western outskirts of Estepona. We recommend a car for this property however Estepona port and the popular Playa del Cristo is only a 20 minute walk away. The closest restaurant is only a kilometre away and you also have the possibility to cross the main motorway (by bridge) to get to the other side. You may will find other restaurants and bars in the port, there is a petrol station close by for snacks and drinks. The closest supermarket would be Aldi and Mercadona, located only two kilometres away.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
