This lovely beachside villa is an excellent holiday home for those looking for a relaxing typical Andalusian style house, close to everything that Estepona offers, here on the Costa del Sol. Just outside the house you’ll find the good size community swimming pool, which is set in lovely Mediterranean gardens offering plenty of sunny grassy areas. You have a private gate to access the pool area where your children may be observed from the terrace. There is also a direct access to a small beach with a mixture of sand and pebbles only two minutes away from the villa. The property has been partially refurbished and comprises of three bedrooms making it suitable for eight guests. There are three bathrooms, plus a guest lavatory/cloakroom. The bright and airy split-level lounge, with its soft leather sofas and flat screen television, has a seperate dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with modern appliances. Outside you’ll find plenty of terraces plus a large patio with sun loungers, relaxer seating and a gas and charcoal barbeque. The villa is equipped with independent air conditioning units in all the bedrooms and living room and marble flooring also helps to keep the house cooler in summer. For security, there is an alarm system. For entertainment, this house has a premium television system offering several channels in multi languages (English, French, German, Dutch, Scandinavian etc) plus videos on demand (also in several languages), Netflix and Sky. There is also internet access via high-speed fibre optic connection, available over WiFi. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs in the villa and have direct access to the patio area. The en-suite master bedroom offers a super king size bed with dunlopillo matresses and electrical elevation, the second en-suite bedroom has two single beds which may form a super king size bed also with electric elevation for comfort. The third bedroom has two single beds which may form a super king size bed plus a bunk bed for two children, the bedroom provides a flat screen TV (only for DVD´s and Netflix). The bedroom also has a small sauna but it is NOT available for holiday rentals. The urbanisation provides covered community parking that is located just outside the villa. All in all, a great family villa for your holiday in Estepona!
This lovely villa is located on an urbanisation known as Bahia Dorada 6 which is about 5 Km west of Estepona town and is located right next to the beach. The urbanisation is conveniently located just off the N340/A7 coast road, which runs right along the Mediterranean coast of Spain. The villa has spectacular views out to sea from the private terrace, balcony and gardens. The landscaped gardens of the urbanisation are well maintained and are a joy to walk through to gain access to the quiet beaches. Just a 30 minute walk from two supermarkets (ALDI & Mercadona) and located 5 Km west of Estepona town centre. The villa is about 30 minutes drive from Gibraltar “The Rock” with its military history, British style and duty free prices. Further afield you have Sevilla, with its historic centre and home to the Expo’ 92 – many of the pavilions still survive showcasing their country’s culture and design, and Granada boasts the world famous Alhambra and Generalife gardens – a real must see! In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
