This wonderful first floor, fully air-conditioned two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is located right in the heart of the old town of Estepona. It is just a few steps from the church of Los Remedios, the main shopping street of La Terraza and the wonderful square of Plaza de las Flores. It offers a master bedroom with king size bed and a large en-suite walk-in shower, WC and sink. A twin bedroom and family bathroom with bath with over-head shower, WC and sink. The open plan kitchen, with all appliances is open to the lounge, with seating for four guests and a dining area also for four guests. A high speed Wifi connection is also available in the property along with an international TV package including Sky. The windows overlook the lovely streets of the old town. The building has access to a small community roof terrace which has a small table and two chairs where you can hang your washing to dry. Please note that the building doesn´t have a lift/elevator nor outdoor terrace/balcony space with this apartment. The nearest parking is the public parking garage of Plaza de Antonia Guererro.
The apartment is located right in the heart of the old town of Estepona, on a street just off of the main shopping street of La Terraza. It is just a few steps to bars, restaurants and cafes. Plaza de las Flores is less than a two minute walk with its pretty flowers, restaurants and ice cream parlours. The beach of Playa la Rada, with it's traditional Chiringuito beach bars, is less than a five minute walk. This is an ideal location for those who want to stay right in the heart of a traditional Spanish sea-side town. Parking is available in the public paid car-park, about two minutes away.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
