This large, three bedroom apartment located in Estepona town (between the marina and the old town), offers everything you would need when visiting Estepona for your holiday. The tastefully decorated property feels really welcoming and as you enter the hallway into the large lounge you have the feeling of space. In the lounge, there is a large television, high speed fibre-optic internet access and a full TV package in multiple languages (English, German, French etc). The apartment was completely modernised in 2018, so feels fresh and new. The modern kitchen, with its clean lines, is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer – ideal for a longer rental over winter (ask us about winter offer rates). For your comfort in summer, the apartment is fully air conditioned – the units also heat for winter. The master bedroom has a double bed and there is a second family bathroom with a separate shower available. The other two bedrooms are twins. The lounge has two sofa areas plus a small desk if you need to work. Leading off from the lounge is a small terrace with a table and two chairs - this has a side view out to sea and a street view. The apartment does not have a swimming pool, but you’re only about 100 meters from the Mediterranean Sea and Playa La Rada beach. On the beach there are various beach bars and cafes. It offers great value for money for a good family break.

Location

This large three bedroom apartment is located just 100 metres from the beaches. It is ideally located half way between the traditional old town and Estepona port so you can easily walk to either in about 10 minutes. The building is a traditional old building and has a lift up to the first floor where the apartment is located. At the end of the short road from outside the apartment building is the main costal street that runs along the sea front of Estepona. When you cross over the road there is a lovely promenade along the front of the sea front. A 10 minutes walk towards the port will bring you to the bull ring which you can visit for free during opening times. The bull ring now plays host to various museums and the flea market every Sunday morning. There is a larger mainly craft market also on a Sunday in the marina itself. There are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. Renaldo’s is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. There is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. A pleasurable 30 minute stroll in the opposite direction along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look! Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes’ drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid six weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance
