Fantastic luxury family villa with breath-taking sea views located on a hilltop overlooking the Coast all the way from Gibraltar to Marbella. Situated at the foot of the beautiful Natural Park of “Los Reales” the villa is less than 5 minutes by car from the centre of Estepona and 8 minutes’ drive to the beach. This elegant property is not overlooked and consists of a wonderful four-bedroom house surrounded by mountains and equipped with all kinds of amenities to provide very comfortable accommodation for eight people. This magnificent villa is surrounded by approximately one acre of Mediterranean gardens with several terraces that allow you to choose between sun or shade at any time of the day. The spacious villa consists of an entrance hall with direct views of the sea through the living room. The elegant living room has comfortable quality seating for six, plus a love seat / sofa chair to relax. Tastefully decorated, the living room is equipped with a fireplace and NETFLIX on the huge flat screen TV. The living room benefits from magnificent views of the gardens and the sea through the sliding doors. From the living room we have access to the huge terrace with relaxing seats for eight people with their corresponding coffee tables. The spacious terrace is south facing with views towards the beautiful large private pool and the sea. The pool area has sun loungers and an umbrella for four people as well as a covered area for outdoor dining with a gas barbecue, a high table and a table with seating for eight people. The pool area is surrounded by gardens and offers incredible panoramic views of the coast from Marbella to Gibraltar - you can even see the coast of Africa from the villa. Next to the outdoor gazebo you can find the bar with a pool table a even a beer dispenser (pre-order your beer). Next to the bar is a relaxing sauna for 5 people as well as a bathroom with an additional shower. Returning to the interior of the house, we find the elegant dining room with a table and space for six people. The beautiful dining room leads to the huge fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and a kitchen island. In addition to the large kitchen is a separate storage room as well as a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The charming kitchen also has access to the terrace and outdoor pool area. On the ground floor are three of the four bedrooms available in this villa. The first bedroom with access to the terrace, is equipped with a super king-size bed, flat screen TV, dressing room and attached bathroom with bathtub, shower and sink and separate bidet and toilet. The second bedroom also equipped with a super king-size bed has access to the terrace and has a built-in wardrobe, desk and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom also located on the ground floor has two single beds with a built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. The ground floor also has a guest toilet with sink and toilet. The master bedroom, located on the first floor, benefits from a private terrace and incredible panoramic views of the sea and the entire coastline. Location

This beautiful villa is in a fortunate location, on the outskirts of Estepona. Less than 10 minutes by car from the center, the old town of Estepona is considered one of the most beautiful on the Costa del Sol, with the typical urban fabric of an Andalusian town and adorned with beautiful flowers around it. Among the different museums and monuments scattered around the center, it is worth visiting the Estepona Orchid Garden, considered the largest in Europe and located just a few steps from the old town. Estepona has a wide coastline that offers several different beaches, including Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo, both blue flag areas. The farm is also located at the foot of the Los Reales-Sierra Bermeja Natural Park, a valuable natural environment protected with endemic forest species such as the “Pinsapo” and also of great geological value, since it constitutes one of the largest outcrops in the world of peridotite rocks that offer the characteristic red color to the mountains. Estepona has a fantastic connection with the rest of the Costa del Sol that connects the city with other nearby tourist destinations such as Gibraltar, Ronda or Granada, an ideal place to discover all that southern Spain has to offer.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 12.00 when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.

Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment of EUR 125.00

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
