This spacious and airy house, with its huge colourful gardens, is incredibly only 75 meters from the beach! At the beach there are beach-bars restaurants and some shops! It is located in an up market area surrounded by only large quality villas. It is fully air-conditioned and has a large terrace with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing on. It is perfect for younger children and the pool is entirely fenced off so the little ones can’t get in without supervision! The pool is surrounded by a very large garden planted with Spectacular palm trees and colourful plants, which give a spectacular display through the summer months. There are plenty of sun loungers for relaxing on and there is off-road private parking (so no worries about trying to find a parking spot near the beach! If you fancied a walk, its about 25 minutes along the beach to the world famous Puerto Banus with its shops, cafes and huge private yachts. (The garden is about 2200 square meters).
The house is 75 Meters from the sandy beaches of San Pedro Alcantara where the Paseo Maratimo begins - a beautiful walk along the beach front where most of beach bars (chiringitos), resturants and shops are set among beautifully landscaped garden areas. This is a wonderful place to stroll, stop for food or take a sun lounger to the beach. There is also a children´s playground along the beach front. The area of this old established urbanization is known as Cortijo Blanco. A perfect location for families. It is within easy reach (by car or public transport) to the resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus or Estepona; the bus stop is about a five-minute walk away. There is a road now connecting this area with Puerto Banus by car. The Cortijo Blanco hotel is also nearby and offers a restaurant and bar service. There are also other restaurants located nearby which will satisfy all manners of budgets and cuisine.

Bedroom Features:
The four main bedrooms are airconditioned. The smaller "children's" bedroom off the kitchen does not have aircon, but there are fans. It has bunk beds.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted.
We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards.
A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
