Can I hire any additional items?
Yes, we are pleased to offer the following for hire.

When will I get my security deposit back?
Subject to no damage or problems, we will return your security deposit to you on your last day, or one day before you leave.
Should I obtain travel insurance?
We strongly recommend you take our adequate travel insurance for your holiday. Also, if you are a British Citizen and are entitled to NHS healthcare in the UK, you should obtain your European Health Insurance Card. This is available through post offices and the Department of Health.
Is there any information I should know before I come?

Are the villas and apartments secure?
All apartments and villas that are hired though us have standard security measures. Some will also have alarms and window bars. If you are concerned about the security at your accommodation, please ask us before you arrive in order that we can provide you will full information.
Are you completely unbiased in your acceptance of bookings?
Yes. We do not discriminate against anyone. We take no notice of race, gender, sexual orientation or ability. All we ask it that if you are disabled, you let us know in advance so that we can advise you on the suitability of the accommodation selected.
Will I receive a copy of the booking contract?
A copy of the contract is available on the website, which you can print off.
What happens if my flight is delayed and I arrive late?
If your flight is seriously delayed and it is likely you will arrive after 11.00 pm, please let us know as soon as you can. We will monitor the flight for updates. We will not levy an out of hours charge if your arrival is beyond your control. We regret that we will not be in a position to reduce any agreed rental for a delayed arrival.
What is the procedure on arrival?
When you arrive in Spain, we will meet you either at the property or in a prearranged location. If not already there, we will take you to your accommodation and talk you through its most important features. We will then take any balance and/or security deposit and hand you the keys (normally two sets per property). We will also discuss how to contact us in case of need and what to do when you leave. Also at this point we will tell you any other information you may like to know. We try not to keep you too long as we are quite aware that you want to get on with your holiday!
What do I do with the keys if my flight leaves very early in the morning?
If your flight has an early departure we can tell you what to do with they keys and how to lock up the accommodation.
What happens if I loose the keys?
If you loose the keys you must advise us as soon as possible. To replace each set of keys we levy a charge of EUR 30.00. If appropriate, this will be deducted from your security deposit. We normally have further sets of keys available to you. Please note that we are unable to duplicate safe keys where key operated safes are in the accommodation (however, we can open the safe for you!).
