This beautiful two bedroom apartment is located in a residential area close to the stadium. The famous beach of Playa de la Rada is the closest one to the apartment, just an eight minute walk from the property. The old town offers plenty of traditional Spanish bars and terraces. Its narrow streets filled with colorful flower pots are well worth a walk. The famous Orchidiarium of Estepona is also close to the property, around 15 minutes walking. The famous marina of Estepona, 20 minutes from the property, is plenty of bars, pubs and restaurants. On your way to the marina, you will also see the famous bullring of Estepona, which provides the municipal museum. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby the property, the closest one is Carrefour Express and it is just on the other side of the road. Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes’ drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
