It is located very near to Estepona marina, only a five minute walk with its restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. Two beaches - Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo are within a seven minute walk. The apartment comprises of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the balcony plus a twin bedroom which uses the family shower room. The contemporary styled lounge/diner has comfortable seating for four guests and offers a flat screen television with a high speed fibre optic connection plus full British TV including Sky and several international channels. From the lounge you have access to the large south facing balcony through sliding patio-style doors. On the balcony, with its partial views towards the harbour, you'll find comfortable exterior dining for four, with an umbrella for shade, along with two sun loungers. The kitchen has all mod cons such as dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and oven. The community provides two swimming pools and it only offers street parking around the urbanisation. All in all, a very comfortable property near to everything that you could require for your family holiday in Estepona!

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
