It is located very near to the marina of Estepona (less than 5 minutes' walk) with its restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. Two beaches - Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo are also about 7 minutes walk. The apartment comprises of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace, plus a twin bedroom which uses the family shower room. The contemporary styled lounge/diner has comfortable seating for four people and offers a flat screen television with internet access and British and Spanish language television package (some Scandinavian and Russian channels are also available). From the lounge you have access to the large terrace through sliding patio-style doors. On the terrace, with its views towards the harbour, you'll find comfortable exterior dining for four, with an umbrella for shade, along with two sun loungers and extra telescopic sun shade. The balcony/terrace faces south so gets the sun most of the day (not so much later in the day due to the location of other buildings). The kitchen has all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer) and plenty of plates, cutlery etc. All in all, a very comfortable apartment near to everything that you could require for your holiday in Estepona!

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid six weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance but only to a maximum of 1000 per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500 notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25 booking fee. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30 is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50 for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
