On the top floor of the penthouse, you will find the lounge / dining room, with its access to the terrace, the fully fitted and very-well appointed kitchen plus the master bedroom with its huge comfortable bed (and an en-suite bathroom). There is also a separate guest cloakroom on this floor. The lounge offers a flat screen television with international televisions channels (British, German, French, Scandinavian etc) and high-speed internet access. On the lower floor of the apartment, you will find two further bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to their own small balconies. All bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition to the centralised air-conditioning system, which efficiently cools or heats the whole apartment. Walking out on to the terrace, you’ll find comfortable seating from which to enjoy the views, a dining table and six chairs, plus the built-in charcoal barbeque. Within the urbanization, you’ll find two swimming pools. From here you’ll find the gate that offers access to Playa del Cristo. Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by debit/credit card. The balance can be paid six weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card. By prior arranfement, we can also accept cash for the balance but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
