A lovely and spacious family uplex apartment, located in the popular Belgravia Club in Estepona and only a few minutes' walk to Estepona port. From the large south facing closed-in terrace and the solarium, you have wonderful views over the marina and the Mediterranean sea towards Gibraltar. The apartment has two levels and boasts two good sized bedrooms - The master bedroom has a king size bed and an extra single bed. The master bedroom is also air conditioned and has an en-suite bathroom and access to the community grounds, also with lovely sea and harbour views. The second bedroom with two small windows has a king size bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms in the property are equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, toilet and hand basin. With this property it is possible to sleep five people in comfort. The large lounge/diner has comfortable sofa seating for five and an international television system with high speed fibre optic internet access. The dining area next to the lounge can seat five. From the lounge you have access to the terrace with its dining table and seating for five and a relaxing area with comfortable seating for five. The modern kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, mixer, etc. are also available. There is another dining table for four in the kitchen. This property is laid out over two levels with both bedrooms on the lower floor. The entire apartment is air-conditioned for comfort (cooling in summer and electric heaters for the winter). The community swimming pool, with loungers available, is just a few minutes’ walk from the front door of the house. There is a BBQ area available by the pool which you can reserve through the community for a small fee. To walk to the marina with its bars, cafes and restaurants would be about seven minutes and to the supermarket about five minutes. A car is definitely not required in this location but parking in a closed community is available if needed (on a first come, first served basis). From the urbanisation there are steps that lead down directly to the parking area for Playa del Cristo beach, so ideal for families with children.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
