This is a lovely apartment which has its own very large private terrace on which you will find a table and four chairs and some sun loungers The terrace boasts wonderful views across the marina and out to sea. It is a very well furnished apartment, which is spacious throughout and offers a light and airy interior. Air conditioning is great in summer months. The lounge area has British television and fibre optic internet access, which included in the price, plus two comfortable sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and offers everything that you would expect to find in your own home. The dining area is conveniently located right off the kitchen and can also be accessed via the lounge. In the apartment you will find two en-suite bedrooms; one with a kingsize bed and one with a double bed. There is part of the master suite which has two singe beds it is accessed by passing through the master bedroom. The apartment is a great location for families coming to stay in Estepona and in our opinion offers excellent value for money. Car hire is definately not needed in this location. If you do have a car, parking is on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed. Additional on-street parking is about 150 meters away.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card. The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card. By prior arrangement, we can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000 per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500 notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30 is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50 for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
