This is a lovely air-conditioned townhouse with fantastic views over the Mediterranean from the terrace. It has a small private garden with a raised dining area. There are two sun loungers in the house for you to use. A huge communal pool is located a short walk from the house which we've never known to be busy. The house has three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a downstairs cloak room. The modern kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave and cooking hob. Dining area for up to six guests is just off the lounge with high speed Wifi and international channels with Sky and videos on demand for free. This house sleeps six guests in comfort with outdoor dining area with views over the Mediterranean. A 10-13 minutes walk to the beach and beach bars by crossing a foot bridge and only a short drive to Estepona town and Sabinillas. The property includes a private parking space and easy street parking just outside the house with steps down to the front door entrance. The communal swimming is only open during the summer.

Payment and Booking Terms
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
