Please note that if you are a British Citizen and are entitled to NHS healthcare in the UK, you should obtain your European Health Insurance Card. This is available through post offices and the Department of Health. The card is issued free and gives you basic heath care in Spain. As it is not an insurance product, it does not give you any cover for repatriation, accidents or pay out in case of death.
